Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. MileFit is designed to make connected running data useful, but you can begin with the devices and information already available to you.

What kinds of training plans are available?

MileFit is designed for goals from a first 5K through to marathon training, with the week shaped around the time you can realistically give it.

Can I change my integrations later?

Yes. Integration preferences stay under your control in Settings and can be changed as your setup evolves.
